Vladimir Bratic is assistant professor of media and communication at Hollins University in the United States. He graduated from the Faculty of Pedagogy and Philosophy at Palacky University in the Czech Republic. Bratic obtained a Master's degree in international relations and a PhD in mass communication from Ohio University. He is the author of several journal articles, professional publications and reports on the role of the media in conflict and peace. Bratic teaches and lectures about media’s capacity to promote the peaceful transformation of violent conflict across the world.
